OBTAINED FROM A SELECTED BONARDA VINEYARD THAT GROWS AT AN ELEVATION OF 350 METERS, THIS SWEET BONARDA NECTAR IS LOW IN ALCOHOL AND BRILLIANT, AND IS EXCLUSIVE TO THE GAIASCHI WINERY.

Winemaking
Bonarda grapes are left to over-ripen on this selected vineyard until the middle of October. After picking and crushing, the must remains in contact with the skins for 48 hours. After the initial alcoholic fermentation, the must is then worked with a special technique that allows us produce this nectar-textured, low-alcohol wine

Tasting notes
it is a ruby red wine, with prominent fruit notes. Sweet and smooth, lightly tannic and fully aromatic, with a little fuzziness.

Serving suggestion
best served as dessert wine.
