How does the visit work?

Imagine yourself on a grape field, visit the cellar and enjoy an amazing tasting. All that is possible in Ziano, the capital of Colli Piacentini wine region

1. Vineyards Tour

When you’ll come I’ll be here welcoming you! We’ll start the experience with the Vineyards Tour, starting from our private Gaiaschi Terrace, from where you could enjoy a beautiful panorama on our valley between Emilia and Lombardy, and if you’re lucky enough to catch a sunny day also seeing all the Alps! The Tour is not challenging and is suitable for everyone, but i suggest to wear sneakers!

2. Cellar Visit

You know the different stages of wine-making? During the Visit i will explain you our working habits and our philosophy, and I’ll show you the different tanks and barrels where we age our wines and where the magic happens.

3. The Tasting

We’ll then head to the most interesting part, the Tasting!

I will guide you to discover 4 iconic wines:

Ortrugo of Gaiaschi, typical wine of our terroir
Gutturnio Vivace. Ever tasted a sparkliong red wine?
Guarone, my favorite
Stra’Volto, our top wine!

The Tasting will be matched with typical cold cuts and cheeses, we are in the Food Valley after all!

FAQ

Do i need to book in advance?

Yes, to let us set up everything the best way possible it is mandatory to book at least 24 hours before the visit.

How much does the Visit cost?

The Visit costs 20€ per person.

When do the Visits take place?

The visites usually take place on Saturdays at 11.00 and 15.00, but check the calendar below!
If you are a group who would like to visit some other day of the week, just hit me up and we will find a solution ->
