THIS VINE COMES FROM THE RHEIN VALLEY IN GERMANY, FROM WHICH IT WAS IMPORTED HERE MORE THAN A CENTURY AGO, FINDING A MICROCLIMATE AND A TERROIR PERFECT FOR ITS CULTIVATION.

Winemaking
the picking takes place at phenolic maturity, in order to increase this wine’s natural freshness and aromas. After a soft pressing process, grapes ferment at 16 °C until total sugar consumption. After 5 months in tanks, it is ready to be bottled.

Tasting notes
pale yellow colored. On the nose reminds of white berries and flowers. Fresh, delicate and lightly sapid.

Serving suggestion
best with fish dishes or pasta with zucchini.
