OUR PINOT NERO BRUT IS MADE 100% FROM PINOT NERO GRAPES THAT GIVE THIS WINE ITS ICONIC COLOR.

Extension and altitude: 1.5 hectares – 340 m elevation

Cultivation system: single curtain

Harvest: August – September

Alcohol: 12,5% vol.

Serving temperature: 8 °C


Winemaking
the grapes are crushed and pressed right after the picking, fermented without skins at a low temperature, in order to preserve the aromas and to obtain a light rosè must. The wine undergoes the re-fermentation process through the Charmat Method for 60 days, and is then bottled.

Tasting notes
pale pink wine. Aromas of chocolate and sandalwood. On the palate is delicate and fresh.

Serving suggestion
best as an aperitif, with seafood, or white meat.
