After picking and crushing, the must remains in contact with the skins for 48 hours. After the initial alcoholic fermentation, the must is then worked with a special technique that allows us produce this nectar-textured, low-alcohol wine<br \/>\n[\/su_spoiler]<br \/>\n[su_spoiler title=\"Tasting notes\" icon=\"plus-circle\"] it is a ruby red wine, with prominent fruit notes.
