After 6 months of ageing, it is then time for a natural re-fermentation with indigenous yeasts, and then for bottling.<br \/>\n[\/su_spoiler]<br \/>\n[su_spoiler title=\"Tasting notes\" icon=\"plus-circle\"] it has a ruby red vivid color, with a light foam. On the nose recalls red berries.
