The moist obtained ferments at 18 \u00b0C. The seven months aging in steel tanks, followed by a few months in bottles, produces a refined taste and aroma.<br \/>\n[\/su_spoiler]<br \/>\n[su_spoiler title=\"Tasting notes\" icon=\"plus-circle\"] Stray yellow colored and bright, it has a good concentration and a marked aromaticity: rose petals, spices and oriental fruit. Rich and equilibrated, with a silky texture.<br \/>\n[\/su_spoiler]<br \/>\n[su_spoiler title=\"Serving suggestion\" icon=\"plus-circle\"] Best served as an aperitif or with fish appetizers, especially shellfish.
